The Uttarakhand School Education. Department has published an advertisement regrading the transfer of teachers from one place to the other. There are 1,100 Government school teachers including Licensing Teaching Teachers, Lecturers, Assistant Teacher based on the Uttarakhand Transfer Policy. The teachers who are attached with DIET(District Institute of Education and Training) & State Council of Education Research and Training(SECRET) have been exempted from the transfers list. Also male teachers who are aged teachers and female teachers who are aged are also exempted from the transfers list.
According to the officials, below are selected candidates merit list for Uttarakhand School Teacher Transfer List:
- 365 lecturers and LT teachers has been listed in the Garhwal division;
- 736 lecturers, LT teachers and assistant teachers were listed in Kumaon division;
- 123 teachers named for the nainital division;
- 142 teachers placed in the pithoragarh;
- 118 teachers named for Udham singh nagar;
- 106 for Bageshwar;
- 103 teachers were named for champawat and 144 named for Almora.
Whereas 60 male and 15 female lecturers were listed from accessible schools to inaccessible schools and 51 male and 1 female lecturers will be transferred from inaccessible areas to accessible area. 150 vacancy will be filled in the Government schools with the new teachers.
