Tamilnadu VAO Exam 2016 Question paper had 200 objective type questions for 300 marks. Tamilnadu VAO Written Exam conducted for 3 hours for the candidates to answer all questions. Difficulty level of the questions was S.S.L.C. Standard. Tamilnadu VAO Exam 2016 Question paper had 4 sections.
Section I: General Studies which contains 75 questions. Questions had been asked from various subjects like Generals science, Physics, chemistry, Botany , zoology, , Current event History , Political science, geography , economics, science, , Geography , History and culture of Indian and TN, Indian polity , Indian economy , Indian national movement, aptitudes and mental ability test..
Section II: Village Administration section which contains 25 questions Questions were related to Village administrative officer roles and responsibility , Land, revenue, forest lands and resources, Adivasis / Tribal Records of revenue administration dealt with or handled by the VAO including ‘A’ Register, Patta, Chitta Adangal etc.
Section III: Aptitude and mental ability test contains 20 questions.
Section IV: General Tamil and General English with 80 questions from matching the words, synonyms, antonyms, (Prefix, Suffix, grammar, Literature , Authors and their Literary Works
from matching the words, synonyms, antonyms, (Prefix, Suffix, grammar, Literature , Authors and their Literary Works.
Aspirants who scores 90 above 90 marks will be considered as qualified in this exam and Candidates will be selected based on their merit cut-off score.
