The Staff Selection Commission, the department of Central Armed Police Force(CAPF) has disclosed a notification for filling up 40,215(Male-17,698 and Female-22,517) vacancies for the recruitment to the post of General duty constables for various locations. The commission will offer appointment on the basis of conducting physical standard test(PST), physical efficiency test(PET), written exam and medical exam. The expected eligible criteria to apply for this GD recruitment is that he/she should have passed SSLC/Class X, and they should age between 18 years to 23 years. The application registration commenced on 24 January 2015 and it will be closed on 23 February 2015. Candidates still have time to register for this GD recruitment whose ambition is to work in the police force.

Coming to the exam pattern of SSC CISF, CRPF, BSF, ITBP Constable (GD) Recruitment 2015, it consist of one paper and four sections in it, they are general intelligence and reasoning(25 questions), General awareness and general knowledge(25 questions), Elementary mathematics(25 questions) and English/Hindi(25 questions). Each questions carries 1 mark and all the questions will be of objective type multiple choice questions only. For each and every wrong answers, 1/4 mark will be deducted. For this written exam, 2 hours of time duration will be allowed, with this they must complete the exam.
The SSC CAPF GD (Constable) Recruitment 2015 PST and PET exam will be held in the month of March 2015(dates will be notified shortly) and written exam will be held on 4 October 2015.
