The SOF has conducted the IMO for the classes right from Standard I to XII. They have given separate question paper for all the classes according to their standards. The exam pattern comprises of four section, that is Section-I(Logical Reasoning), Section-II(Mathematical Reasoning), Section-III(Everyday Mathematics) and Section-IV(Achiever’s section, mathematical reasoning syllabus).
The candidates can check their results for IMO stage-I by logging in to their official website of Scientific Olympiad Foundation www.sofworld.org. The results are likely to get released by December 2014/January 2015. The candidates can follow the below given procedure as to how to check their results.
Firstly, the candidates should log on to the official website of Scientific Olympiad Foundation http://www.sofworld.org/. Once after they login, they could see 8th IMO Result on the right side of the home page. In which they should enter their Roll Number. Now, click on submit, so that the result of their International mathematics Olympiad, stage-I will be displayed on the screen.
