There are 338 vacancies in the Junior Engineer post. The question paper will have two parts. Part A will have questions related with Agricuture Engineering and Part B will have questions related with gk specially about Rajasthan. As the qualification for the post is graduation in engineering the syllabus also in that level and the questions will be tough accordingly. The total marks will be 300 and the time duration given for the exam will be three hours. There will be deduction of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer.

Farm Power and Machinery:- Primary and secondary tillage machinery, their select operation, field capacity and efficiency. Machinery for sowing and intercultural operations. Power operated grains harvesting and threshing machinery, Farm tractors, introduction different systems of tractors and their maintenance.

Agricultural Processing :- Mass and energy balance in food engineering, size reduction material handling and separation equipments. Principles of drying and drying equipments.
