The Karnataka Forest Department has issued a notification for filling up 81 vacancies for the recruitment to the post of Range Forest Officers. To be a part of the eligible candidates and to get into the selection process, they should have possessed B.Sc in forestry/forest science/science/graduation in science. The selection process of the candidates will be made on the basis of conducting written exam and personal interview. As per the process, the written exam was great fully held on 10 February, 14 February and 15 February 2015 at various selected exam centres across the state of karnataka. .
The written exam question paper for Karnataka Range forest officer comprised of three parts. The Part-I comprised of 30 objective type multiple choice questions and the questions were from the topics of Numerical ability, verbal and non-verbal ability, Logical and analytical reasoning, statistics. The Part-II comprised of 45 objective type questions from the subject of Science aptitude. The Part-III consisted of 25 MCQ’s and the questions were from the topics of current events, history of India, India and world geography, Indian polity, Indian economy. So, combining all the three parts, the total number of questions were 100 and the duration of the exam was 3 hours for all the three parts together. Candidates who have left out one part even, is not considered in the process of selection.
Lot of Candidates who have given the Karnataka Range Forest Officer Exam 2015 on 14th February 2015, 15th February 2015 can check their Answer Key to identify their correct answers and calculate their expected score.
