The bihar staff selection commission(BSSC) has issued notification regarding recruitment for various posts. There are totally 13,120 posts which are vacant and need to filled in by selecting the suitable and eligible candidates for the appropriate positions. The selection procedure of the recruitments will be made on the basis of conducting written exam and the written exam will be of two levels viz., Inter level and Graduate Level exams. The shortlisted candidates by the commission on the basis of received application have to appear for the inter level exam. The inter level exam was successfully conducted in the month of October/November 2014. A large number of candidates have applied and appeared for various post for the inter level exam. The candidates who are qualified in the inter level exam is now waiting to appear for the second graduate level exam.

The Graduate level syllabus consists of Contemporary subjects, General Studies, History and Geography(Related to Neighbouring Country Nepal), General science & Mathematics and Mental ability test. All the questions will be of objective type multiple choice questions. The medium of the question paper will be in both the language (English and Hindi). Each questions carries 1 mark and if candidates choose any negative marks, -1 mark will be deducted.
